My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms were clean and comfy, but there were some issues like a lingering smell of old cigarette smoke and a bedbug infestation. The service was a mix of friendly and professional interactions but also included some rude and disrespectful behavior. The location, although close to shops and restaurants, was not exactly what I expected, being in a somewhat sketchy area with prostitutes and bums around. The dining experience was satisfactory, with decent food options. Overall, a mixed bag of experiences during my stay.

I was pleasantly surprised by the spacious rooms at the hotel, although the dark ambiance gave me some concerns. Unfortunately, there was a disturbing incident involving a prostitute and multiple visitors during my stay. The service was the most unpleasant I have encountered, especially for vegetarians like myself. Additionally, the owner's rude behavior, including yelling at guests, was unacceptable. The location, despite being well-kept initially, deteriorated with trash and a sketchy atmosphere, exacerbated by a broken chain lock on the door. The dining experience, though satisfying at first, offered subpar options like sugary cereal and day-old bagels. The facilities lacked proper maintenance and attention, making it disappointing for the price paid.

I was not happy with my stay at this hotel. The room wasn't made up properly, and maintenance came to fix the door very late at night. Additionally, the non-smoking room had a strong smell of fumigant and air freshener, giving me a headache all night. On the upside, the room had plenty of space.
